



I had the chance to observe classes in grades one through six. I see some similarities in their approaches to teaching. They practice Teacher-centered teaching. From what I've seen, teachers frequently discuss their lessons, and the pupils listen and focus. They complete their workbook as the assessment at the end of the lesson. However, certain subjects, like music, the arts, and cooking, call for active learning. Teachers frequently utilize various songs and chants to motivate their students during lessons. For the benefit of the pupils with special needs, notably those with hearing impairment, they also incorporate realia or actual items into their teachings. Additionally, there are numerous visual aids put all over the classroom, including instructional materials, religious displays, and inspirational quotes.

Projectors are one example of the limited technological resources. The Pupil's Book and The Pupil's Workbook are typically used by the teachers during the actual lecture. Along with the lesson plan's basic competencies and indicators, they frequently utilize these as the foundation for their discussions.

For the lesson, some teachers also take their students outside the classroom. Some people take them to the musollah, while others take them to the playground or the basketball court. The idea behind this is to increase student engagement and interest in the class.

Additionally, they impart cultural traditions that are appropriate for both men and women. Every Thursday afternoon, the fifth and sixth grade boys and girls are split up to learn lessons and skills that are suited for boys, such as planting and lessons about male adolescence, and for girls, such as cooking and lessons about female adolescence.
Overall, they succeed in providing SD Lazuardi GCS Ibnu Sina pupils with the best experience. I can tell that the teachers view their profession as both a job and a form of advocacy. It is clear that the teachers and students have a strong bond. Each student's education and growth is a top priority for the teachers and therapists, who also work with the parents by providing them with daily updates on their kids via WhatsApp.
