I am Ruth Marie A. Reyta, a pre-service teacher studying Bachelor of Special Needs Education with Specialization of Teaching the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing Learners at Ateneo De Naga University.

Being of service to others is a passion I have realized since I was young. Due to my upbringing and influences from my mother, environment, and experiences, I have decided that to dedicate my life to advocate for persons with disability, and help them to be recognized members of our society.

My time in Kendari, Indonesia has been a fruitful experience. I immersed in their culture, learned a lot, and made everlasting friendships and memories. Come, and join me as I reminisce my time in the SEATeach Student Exchange Program.
